São Carlos, brazilian capital of tecnology, city with an active industrial profile and source of innumerable academic high-tech human capital provided by 2 of the most important Engineering and Computer Science Universities in Brazil, USP(in Portuguese) and UFSCAR(in Portuguese). A cozy small city without the stress and problems of a chaotic metropolis like São Paulo city (only 140 miles away), and with a very fast and rich entrepreneurship environment mixing garage projects, student startups and random tech companies, similar to other centers like California sillicon valley and the Bangalore asian tech node.
